Government should work for the people, not against them. Too often, well-intentioned policies create more problems than solutions. As your City Council representative for District 4, I bring 38 years of business experience to the table—experience that has taught me the value of clear communication, ethical leadership, and smart decision-making. I believe in governing with transparency, accountability, and a commitment to Centennial’s residents and businesses.
Here's how I will lead with transpanrency and integrity:
I will adhere to Centennial’s Code of Ethics and Charter, and foster a fair, unbiased, and respectful environment in all official interactions. Centennial’s stance on key issues must be well-defined and consistently upheld. I will monitor federal, state, and local policies that impact Centennial’s future and will uphold all state and municipal laws regarding ethics and governance. I will ensure that all advocacy efforts align with the city’s goals and priorities and will fully disclose any potential conflicts and remove myself from decisions where necessary they need to flourish. I will facilitate introductions between local businesses, property representatives, and industry leaders, creating new opportunities for development and investment. The Centennial Small Business Loan Fund provides affordable financing options for businesses struggling to secure traditional bank loans—I will work to expand access to these critical funds and help businesses navigate financial support options. A thriving Centennial economy means supporting not just businesses, but the workers who drive them—I will advocate for workforce development programs, training initiatives, and local hiring incentives to strengthen our city’s economic foundation.
Keeping residents informed about city developments is my top priority. I will establish clear guidelines to ensure every resident’s voice is heard. Every policy decision will be backed by data, expert insights, and community input. All agendas, resolutions, and meeting minutes will be readily available to the public. Procedures will be regularly updated to reflect evolving needs and challenges.
Centennial’s city staff are valuable resources—I will work closely with them to make informed choices while ensuring that every voice is represented, including those who may have been overlooked in the past. A strong, united City Council leads to better outcomes for Centennial. I will seek training opportunities to stay informed on best practices in municipal governance.
I am committed to governing with clarity, transparency, and accountability—ensuring that Centennial’s policies solve problems instead of creating new ones. With your support, we can build a stronger, more effective city government that serves every resident. Leadership should never leave you guessing.
